Musso Free Order Challenge: Terms & Conditions
1. How to Participate:The first customer to place an order (and successfully pay) at or after each specified time slot on the event days below will receive their order for free.
There are three (3) free order quotas available each day, released at specific times. On Black Friday (Nov 28), there will be six (6) quotas.(E600 SE Beige is not on the list for this event.)
2. Promotion Period & Schedule The Free Order Challenge only runs on the following specific dates and times (CET):

3. How Winners Are Determined Customers will receive their order for free via a payment refund. The maximum value of the free order is one (1) chair. (If a customer purchases more than 1 chair, they may choose any one of them as the free prize. The excess amount will not be refunded.)
If two customers place orders at the same time (e.g., two orders both occur at 9:00:00 AM), the winner will be determined by the website's system order number sorting. For example, EU1001 is earlier than EU1002. After placing the order, the buyer will receive order information including the order time and order number.
Limited to One Per Customer: Each eligible customer is entitled to receive only one promotional reward during the entire Promotion Period, subject to the terms and conditions outlined above. If a customer qualifies to receive more than one promotional reward, the customer will receive the reward that occurred first.
Non-Transferable: The promotional rewards are not transferable or assignable.
Disqualification for Fraudulent Activities: Customers found to be engaging in fraudulent activities or attempting to manipulate the promotion using technical means will be disqualified and banned from all future Musso promotional activities.
Disclaimer: Musso is not responsible for any problems caused in whole or part by technical issues, including but not limited to with respect to internet service, servers, hardware, software, or web pages, and also including but not limited to lost, delayed, or corrupted data transmitted or attempted to be transmitted by participants.
Liability Release, Indemnification, and Hold Harmless: Each Free Order recipient releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless Musso and all related individuals and entities, including Musso's agents and independent contractors, from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind sustained in connection with, participation in the promotion and the receipt, ownership, use, or misuse of their promotional reward.
Modification: To the full extent authorized by law, Musso retains the right to refine the promotion rules. Musso will strive to resolve disputes through negotiation but will maintain final interpretative authority.
