Very good support, high-quality and solid build materials. It’s not the kind of chair where you sit and feel extremely soft, but you can sit for hours without getting sore — and that’s ultimately the whole point. Very happy with the purchase.

I received my chair today and fixed it. I noticed the plastic shiny cover for my headrest was missing. The back support is good, however, around the chair I can see string of mesh sticking out and the lumbar support sides are not symmetrically stitched. Over it is a good chair, however, it’s a shame that when you recline the seat back, the seat and arm rests do not recline with it. Once fully reclined back, the arm rests are too far away and it’s not natural to use. Considering the price point of this chair, I was surprised to find there is no weight adjustment either. Overall im not impressed and feel like this chair is overpriced

The chair arrived damaged due to the shipping company. The necessary steps were taken in an excellent timeframe with a new product being sent out. I highly recommend this brand!

Luego de tener por 3 años una silla del IKEA, busque incansablemente una silla. Analice minuciosamente las marcas que hay ahora mismo en el mercado, sabes de las que hablo, las típicas. Pero las prestaciones que ofrecía la H80 pro, solo las tenían sillas de 600€ en adelante.

No miento, pensé la compra cerca de 2 meses, de tener opciones a la mano. Hasta que me decidí, se tarda en llegar unos 7 días, pero créeme que luego de 14 días usándola cerca de 12 - 14 horas de trabajo, la diferencia y la comodidad son del cielo a la tierra.
Materiales que al tacto se notan bastante resistentes, no le suena o le cruje algo, el reposapiés es robusto. Los reposabrazos son increíblemente cómodos, para mi esta ruta de 1.72 va perfecto.

Había leído estudios de ergonomía y decían que él apoya cabeza no era funcional, pero que va, sí que lo es, o pues en esta silla si lo es.

En cuanto al, precio… sin dudarlo y al verlo como una inversión, en menos de unos meses ya la tengo soportada.

No es un gasto, es una EXCELENTE INVERSIÓN y más si trabajas en casa como yo.

I recently purchased a chair from this company, and while the product itself seemed promising, my experience with customer service has left me feeling very disappointed. It has been almost a week since I sent multiple emails requesting a return and refund, and unfortunately, all of my inquiries have been ignored.

This lack of response is incredibly frustrating, and I feel compelled to warn others against such predatory practices. A company’s commitment to customer service is just as important as the quality of their products, and it’s clear that this company does not prioritize their customers.

I genuinely would have considered buying another chair from them if they had actually cared about their customer service. Instead, I am left feeling undervalued as a customer. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their communication in the future.

My wife is the now proud owner of the H80 Pro - it goes well beyond her requirements for fit, ease of use and adjustment plus it is very comfortable and obviously of high quality - well done again Musso

La chaise correspond à mes attentes et à la description qui est indiquée dans sa totalité. Le montage de celle-ci est globalement simple et possible à effectuer seul(e) mais reste préférable à deux au vu de son poids. La notice (écrite en anglais) est compréhensible avec ses explications et ses images. Également, la chaise est très confortable et malléable comme indiqué dans sa description. Après environ 3 semaines d'utilisation, j'ai deux léger défauts à relever. Les accoudoirs, bien que très appréciables à bouger dans tous les sens, sont un peu trop sensibles lorsqu'on s'appuie dessus pour se repositionner par exemple car ils partent en arrière sans grande résistance. Également, le repose pied, qui est solide, a légèrement trop de jeu. Il manque un peu de serrage, ce qui le fait reculer facilement lorsqu'on bougé et cela ne me semble pas réglable mais je pense que c'est nécessaire pour le déplier sans difficulté.

I purchased H80 Pro a few weeks ago. It was a quick delivery. Immediately I thought it’s a really strong well made chair. Assembly was easy, I was able to do it by myself.

After using it several weeks, I find this chair excellent for lumbar support. I am someone who needs a bit more cushioning but the lower back and the neck support is really great. The 6D armrests took some time to get used to but I really like them now because I can move them around in any direction and up and down.
I love being able to stretch my legs when I need to with the easy to pull out part under the seat, also super strong.

I was a bit worried that the chair will be too big for me (I'm only 160cm), but the chair are comfortable for me, and so many places are adjustable, thanks to my daughter for recommanding me Musso!

Great seat, a lot of option of orientation and inclination.
The only one thing I found not perfect it is the head rest in my opinion who can be more adjusted in a depths way. It push my head too much forward. I found it less comfortable while I am laying on my seat.

Un vrai soutien lombaire et un SAV aux petits soins.

I find this chair to be just right when it comes to the confort of the netting, the lumbar support and the head support. The arms of the chair are adjustable in many ways. Maybe one too many ways as when I stand up sometimes I trap my fingers as the support inclines, but that is something I can get used to.

I've written a more detailed first impressions post on my website about this chair, with pictures, but in general so far the chair is relatively good. I have some niggles: the washers for the base of the chair are too small, the front of the seat digs into the back of my thighs a little, and the arms tilt at the slightest pressure, so there are definitely areas for improvement. The comfort is good and everything feels solid. Not sure if I'll be keeping it after the 30 day period yet, but right now I'd probably recommend it. I'll know after a few days working on it.
