MUSSO EU 2026 Free Order Challenge: Terms & Conditions

IMPORTANT: EACH EVENT TIME SLOT IS OPEN FOR ONE MINUTE ONLY

All event dates and times are based on Central European Time (CET).

Each event time slot only includes orders created during the specified one-minute window.

For example, only orders with a MUSSO website system order timestamp between 9:00:00 AM and 9:00:59 AM CET are eligible for the 9:00 AM event.

• Orders created at or before 8:59:59 AM CET are not eligible for the 9:00 AM event.
• Orders created at or after 9:01:00 AM CET are not eligible for the 9:00 AM event.
• Only orders with a system order timestamp showing 9:00 AM CET may be ranked from 1st to 6th for the 9:00 AM event.
• The order must also be successfully paid. Failed, declined, reversed, cancelled or unpaid orders are not eligible.
• If fewer than six eligible orders are created during the specified one-minute window, any unawarded rewards for that time slot will expire. They will not roll over to later orders or another time slot.

The time displayed on a customer’s phone, computer, browser or payment platform is for reference only. Eligibility and final ranking will be determined exclusively by the order creation timestamp and order number recorded in the MUSSO website system.

1. How to Participate

Customers must place an order through the MUSSO EU official website during the specified one-minute event window and successfully complete payment.

Each event time slot only includes eligible orders created during the specified one-minute window and successfully paid.

Eligible orders will be ranked according to the order creation timestamp recorded in the MUSSO website system. The first six eligible orders in each time slot will receive the following rewards:

• 1st eligible order: Free Order
• 2nd–3rd eligible orders: 50% OFF
• 4th–6th eligible orders: 30% OFF, meaning the customer pays 70%

A total of 30 Free Order rewards will be available during the entire Promotion Period.

No special promotional code is required to participate in the Free Order Challenge. Customers must place their orders and successfully complete payment through the MUSSO EU official website.

If fewer than six eligible orders are created during a specified one-minute window, any unawarded rewards for that time slot will expire. They will not roll over to orders placed after the one-minute window or be transferred to another event time slot.

2. Promotion Period and Schedule

The Free Order Challenge is available only on the following dates and at the specified times.

All event dates and times shown below are based on Central European Time (CET).

The final event will take place on December 4, 2026.

After verification, the results of the final event will be announced on December 5, 2026.

Orders not created during one of the specified one-minute event windows above are not eligible for the corresponding Free Order Challenge event.

3. Eligible Order Times and Ranking Rules

3.1 Eligible Order Times

Each event time slot only includes orders created during the specified one-minute window.

All times are based on Central European Time (CET).

Examples:

• 9:00 AM event: 9:00:00 AM–9:00:59 AM CET
• 11:00 AM event: 11:00:00 AM–11:00:59 AM CET
• 12:00 PM event: 12:00:00 PM–12:00:59 PM CET
• 1:00 PM event: 1:00:00 PM–1:00:59 PM CET
• 2:00 PM event: 2:00:00 PM–2:00:59 PM CET
• 3:00 PM event: 3:00:00 PM–3:00:59 PM CET
• 5:00 PM event: 5:00:00 PM–5:00:59 PM CET
• 6:00 PM event: 6:00:00 PM–6:00:59 PM CET
• 7:00 PM event: 7:00:00 PM–7:00:59 PM CET
• 8:00 PM event: 8:00:00 PM–8:00:59 PM CET
• 9:00 PM event: 9:00:00 PM–9:00:59 PM CET

The same one-minute rule applies to all Black Friday and Cyber Monday time slots.

An order must meet all of the following conditions:

• It must be successfully created during the specified one-minute window.
• Payment must be successfully completed.
• It must not be cancelled, declined, reversed or fully refunded.
• It must meet all other eligibility requirements stated in these Terms and Conditions.

3.2 Ranking Criteria

Eligible orders will first be ranked according to the order creation timestamp recorded in the MUSSO website system.

An order with an earlier timestamp will rank ahead of an order with a later timestamp.

If two or more orders have exactly the same system order timestamp, their ranking will be determined by their order number sequence. The order with the lower order number will rank first.

For example, if orders EU1001 and EU1002 both have an order timestamp of 9:00:15 AM CET, EU1001 will rank ahead of EU1002.

The order time and order number shown on the customer’s confirmation page or confirmation email do not automatically confirm that the customer has received a promotional reward. All rankings and rewards are subject to verification by MUSSO.

3.3 Official Time Standard

The official time standard for this promotion is Central European Time (CET).

The time displayed on a customer’s phone, computer, browser, checkout page or payment platform is for reference only.

Eligibility and final ranking will be determined exclusively by the order creation timestamp and order number recorded in the MUSSO website system.

Adding a product to the shopping cart, entering checkout or initiating payment does not secure eligibility or reserve a promotional ranking.

4. Eligible Products

Unless otherwise clearly stated on the relevant product page or promotion page, all chairs and desks currently available for purchase on the MUSSO EU official website are eligible for this promotion.

There are no model-specific restrictions for this year’s Free Order Challenge.

The following products and charges are not eligible for the promotional rewards:

• Chair covers
• Chair wheels
• Replacement parts
• Other accessories
• Shipping charges
• Shipping protection or insurance
• Gift cards
• Other products that are neither chairs nor desks
• Other additional charges unrelated to an eligible chair or desk

5. Rewards and Reward Calculation

After MUSSO has verified the qualifying orders, the applicable rewards will be issued as full or partial refunds through the original payment method.

5.1 1st Eligible Order: Free Order

The 1st eligible order created during each specified one-minute window will receive a Free Order reward.

The customer will receive a full refund of the actual amount paid for one eligible product, either a chair or a desk, in the qualifying order.

5.2 2nd–3rd Eligible Orders: 50% OFF

The 2nd and 3rd eligible orders created during each specified one-minute window will receive a 50% OFF reward.

MUSSO will refund 50% of the actual amount paid for one eligible product, either a chair or a desk, in each qualifying order.

5.3 4th–6th Eligible Orders: 30% OFF

The 4th, 5th and 6th eligible orders created during each specified one-minute window will receive a 30% OFF reward.

MUSSO will refund 30% of the actual amount paid for one eligible product, either a chair or a desk, in each qualifying order. The customer therefore pays 70% of the product’s actual purchase price.

5.4 Unawarded Rewards Do Not Roll Over

If only one eligible order is created during a specified one-minute window, only the 1st-place reward will be awarded.

If only three eligible orders are created during a specified one-minute window, only the 1st–3rd-place rewards will be awarded.

If fewer than six eligible orders are created during a specified one-minute window, any unawarded rewards will automatically expire.

Unawarded rewards will not roll over to orders created after the one-minute window or be transferred to another event date or time slot.

6. Orders Containing Multiple Eligible Products

Each promotional reward applies to a maximum of one eligible product per qualifying order.

If a qualifying order contains multiple chairs, multiple desks, or a combination of chairs and desks, only one eligible product will receive the applicable Free Order, 50% OFF or 30% OFF reward.

Other chairs, desks and products in the same order will not be refunded under this promotion.

The promotional refund will be calculated using the lowest-priced eligible product in the qualifying order after all applicable coupons, automatic discounts and other promotional offers have been applied.

Chair covers, chair wheels, other accessories, shipping charges, shipping protection, insurance and other additional charges are not included in the promotional refund.

7. Coupons and Other Promotions

Customers may use the Black Friday coupon codes and Bundle offers available on the MUSSO EU official website, subject to the individual terms of those promotions.

The Free Order Challenge reward will be calculated using the final amount actually paid for the eligible chair or desk after all coupons, automatic discounts and other promotional offers have been applied.

The promotional refund will not exceed the actual amount paid for the eligible product.

Free gifts included in a Bundle offer are not included in the refund calculation and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If another promotion is expressly stated as not being combinable with the Free Order Challenge, the terms published on the relevant promotion page will apply.

8. One Reward per Customer

Each eligible customer may receive only one Free Order Challenge reward during the entire Promotion Period.

This restriction applies across all event dates, all event time slots and all reward levels, including the Free Order, 50% OFF and 30% OFF rewards.

If the same customer qualifies for more than one reward, only the first reward obtained chronologically will be issued.

If a later reward is cancelled due to this restriction, it may be awarded to the next eligible order created during the same one-minute event window. It cannot be awarded to an order created outside that one-minute window.

For the purpose of enforcing this restriction, MUSSO may identify the same customer using information including, but not limited to:

• Customer name
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Billing address
• Delivery address
• Payment account
• IP address
• Device information
• Other relevant order information

Promotional rewards are non-transferable, non-assignable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

9. Verification and Winner Announcements

All results are subject to MUSSO’s verification of the following information:

• Order creation timestamp
• Order number
• Payment status
• Order contents
• Customer eligibility
• Duplicate participation
• Any abnormal, fraudulent or manipulative activity

Winner lists will be announced after verification through the MUSSO EU official website, the designated promotion page or MUSSO’s official social media channels.

Winner lists will generally be announced on the day following the corresponding event. If additional verification time is required, MUSSO will announce the results within a reasonable period.

MUSSO may also contact eligible customers using the email address provided with their order.

When announcing winners, MUSSO may display masked order numbers, partially concealed customer names or other limited order information to protect customers’ personal information.

10. Refund Processing

After a qualifying order has been verified, MUSSO will issue the applicable refund through the original payment method used for the order.

The time required for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider, bank or card issuer.

A promotional refund does not change the original order’s normal shipping and delivery arrangements.

An order will lose its eligibility for a promotional reward if:

• The order is cancelled.
• Payment fails.
• Payment is declined.
• Payment is reversed.
• The order is fully refunded.
• The order is not successfully completed.
• The order is found not to meet the promotion requirements.
• The order is associated with fraudulent, abnormal or abusive activity.

If a qualifying order loses its eligibility, MUSSO may award the reward to the next eligible order created during the same one-minute event window.

The reward cannot be awarded to an order created outside the applicable one-minute window.

11. Returns and Order Changes

Customers who receive a promotional reward remain subject to the MUSSO EU return and refund policy.

If a rewarded product is returned, cancelled or exchanged, MUSSO reserves the right to recalculate or cancel the promotional reward.

If part of an order is returned and the remaining products no longer meet the conditions of another promotion, Bundle offer or coupon, the final refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.

Promotional rewards cannot be transferred to a replacement order, a newly submitted order or another customer.

12. Fraudulent or Abusive Activity

Customers who engage in fraudulent, abusive or manipulative activity will be disqualified from participating in or receiving rewards from the promotion.

Such activities include, but are not limited to:

• Creating duplicate or artificial orders
• Using multiple identities, accounts or contact details to obtain additional rewards
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or other technical methods to place orders
• Manipulating payment, checkout, order time or order information
• Cancelling and resubmitting orders to change the order sequence
• Providing false or misleading customer information
• Attempting to interfere with the website, order system or promotion system
• Participating for resale, wholesale or other commercial purposes
• Any other activity that MUSSO reasonably considers to be an unfair attempt to participate in the promotion

MUSSO reserves the right to cancel the relevant promotional reward, cancel the affected order where appropriate and exclude the customer from future MUSSO promotional activities.

13. Technical Issues

MUSSO is not responsible for problems caused by internet connections, payment providers, servers, devices, software, website availability or other technical circumstances outside MUSSO’s reasonable control.

Adding a product to the shopping cart, entering checkout or initiating payment does not secure eligibility or reserve a promotional ranking.

Only orders successfully created during the specified one-minute window and ultimately paid successfully are eligible to be ranked for that event.

If a technical issue materially affects the fair operation of an event time slot, MUSSO reserves the right to review the affected orders and take reasonable corrective action.

If the website system experiences an obvious timestamp error or service interruption, MUSSO may use relevant system records, payment records and other available evidence to reasonably determine the eligibility and ranking of affected orders.

14. Eligibility Restrictions

This promotion is available to individual customers aged 18 or over who place an eligible order through the MUSSO EU official website for delivery to an address supported by the EU store.

Employees, contractors, agents and immediate family members of MUSSO or its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate.

Orders placed for resale, wholesale purchasing or other commercial purposes may be excluded from the promotion.

15. Changes to the Promotion

MUSSO reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary due to fraud, technical failures, legal requirements or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Any changes will not unfairly disadvantage customers who have already qualified for a reward.

Any material updates will be published on the official promotion page.

16. General Conditions

By participating in the Free Order Challenge, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable consumer law.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to applicable EU consumer protection laws and any mandatory consumer rights in the customer’s country of residence.
