It great to sit working with you legs up
Your promise to respond to problems was delayed (5 days instead of 24 hours). That is a long time to wait when a chair has been delivered that is faulty and will not operate. Finally a response came and a replacement unit was authorised and despatched. The replacement is satisfactory and is now in use. The operation of the two most important items of the chair were faulty on the first delivery and these items need detailed review of quality procedures in the future.. Another feature of the chair design are the arm rests. These are very sloppy and cannot be fixed into a reliable position. Older users like myself need a firm anchor point on which to grip when seating and the armrests are not positive enough. I feel it is a feature you need to review and redesign. Thank you for eventually responding and providing a solution.
I recently purchased a chair from this company, and while the product itself seemed promising, my experience with customer service has left me feeling very disappointed. It has been almost a week since I sent multiple emails requesting a return and refund, and unfortunately, all of my inquiries have been ignored.
This lack of response is incredibly frustrating, and I feel compelled to warn others against such predatory practices. A company’s commitment to customer service is just as important as the quality of their products, and it’s clear that this company does not prioritize their customers.
I genuinely would have considered buying another chair from them if they had actually cared about their customer service. Instead, I am left feeling undervalued as a customer. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their communication in the future.
This is the first ergonomic chair I have purchased for my home, but due to my work, I have used more expensive and popular ergonomic chairs in the office, so I know the feeling of sitting in a comfortable chair that helps you maintain good posture.
After 5 days of usage, I can safely say that the H80 Pro is an amazing chair, and I get the same feeling of comfort and good posture similar to what chairs that cost 3 times the money offer.
There are many adjustment options, so you can find the perfect settings for yourself. For my height(182cm), it fits me perfectly.
Build quality is very good, it feels sturdy and well made, no squicking or creaking when adjusting or moving the chair. Assembly is also straightforward, with instructions printed on a large card.
My only gripe with it so far is the tilt mechanism on the armrests. The leverage point sits too far back near the elbow, making it easy to accidentally tilt the armrest when you lean a bit on it. However, the flexibility and range of movement allowed me to adjust the armrest in a way that is comfortable and prevents accidental tilting. Despite that, I wish it had a locking mechanism.
It is a VFM chair for the "discounted" price (€399,50) and I'm very happy with the purchase.
