Great chair, very comfy. The lower backrest takes a bit of time to get used to, but once you do, it's awesome. My only gripe is with the handrests. Overall, they're comfy, and adjustable. But I would love to if I were able to adjust them back and forward on top of all the available adjust options. 8.5/10 chair.
Support is a 10/10! Helped with everything. Give them a raise!!!

ich hatte einen Stuhl mit einem defekten Zylinder bekommen. Nachdem ich dem Support geschrieben, und mein problem als Video dokumentiert habe, bekam ich sofort ein Austauschteil mit Anleitung zum Einbau geliefert. Seitdem bin ich sehr happy mit meinem Stuhl

After I received the replacement chair tray the gas lift cylinder started to work. I'm very happy with musso chair!
